Membership T&Cs
Terms and Conditions for Full Membership at Web Adventure ParkBy purchasing or using a full membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership grants entry only to the persons named on the membership. A photo ID is required. Pass sharing, lending, or misuse will result in immediate cancellation of the membership without refund.
2. Validity & Duration
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. No partial refunds or proration if cancelled early. Memberships auto-renew unless notice is given 30 days in advance of renewal.
3. Entry & Booking Conditions
Membership covers standard open days. Special events such as the Christmas Festival require separate tickets. Pre-booking is required. Repeated “no-shows” may lead to membership suspension. If you are unable to book online, this indicates the park is fully booked. Walk-ins without a booking will be turned away.
4. Discounts & Extra Benefits
Members receive a free entry for the birthday child when booking a party. Valid membership ID must be presented to claim benefits.
5. Child Supervision
Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult. If the entire family is not covered by membership, additional visitors must pay the standard admission rate.
6. Code of Conduct
All members must follow park rules. Abusive behaviour may lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund. No food is allowed to be brought into the park — violations will result in cancellation of membership.
7. Amendments & Notifications
Membership benefits, pricing, and terms may be updated. Members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any significant changes.
8. Data Protection
All member data is securely stored and used solely for membership communication, in accordance with GDPR.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Visitors enter the park at their own risk, except where liability arises due to proven negligence by Web Adventure Park.
10. Booking and No-Shows
Members must pre-book to attend peak sessions such as holidays and weekends. Only two dates may be booked at a time. Repeated no-shows will result in membership cancellation.
11. Exclusions
Membership does not include access to large events including Adult Nights and the Christmas Festival. The following Christmas Festival dates are excluded for 2025:
November: 29th, 30th
December: 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th
Web Adventure Park reserves the right to exclude other large events in future.
12. Non-Transferability
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be sold or gifted to a third party. Any attempt to do so renders the membership void without refund.
13. Fraud and Misuse
Memberships may be withdrawn in cases of fraud, misuse, or consistent inappropriate behaviour. Management reserves the right to refuse entry, issue, or withdraw passes without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, using someone else's pass to gain entry.
14. Operational Changes
Web Adventure Park reserves the right to alter opening and closing times as needed. Members will be notified where possible.
15. Discount Exclusions
Due to already discounted rates, annual pass holders are not eligible for additional promotional offers or discounts that apply to standard day ticket holders.
16. Attraction Availability
Attractions, facilities, and exhibits may be altered or unavailable due to technical, operational, or safety reasons. No refunds or discounts will be offered due to these changes.
17. Price Reviews
Membership prices are reviewed periodically. After the initial 12-month term, Web Adventure Park reserves the right to change membership pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing members.
18. Information Required for Membership
To purchase a membership, the following details must be provided:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Photograph (provided by you at sign-up)
- Residential Address
- For adult members: contact phone number and email
- For child members: lead adult’s name, contact phone number and email All correspondence will be sent to the lead adult’s provided contact information.
We may collect data related to visits including traffic data, location data, browser usage, and accessed resources for billing and operational purposes.
Terms and Conditions for Off-Peak Membership at Web Adventure Park
By purchasing or using an off-peak membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Off-Peak Discount: Members receive free admission during off-peak times. Off-peak times are defined as Monday through Friday (excluding bank holidays and school holidays). The management reserves the right to adjust off-peak times and will provide updates on the website and at the park.
- Peak Discount: Members receive 10% off standard admission prices during peak times (excluding our Christmas event). Peak times are defined as weekends, bank holidays and school holidays. Please see the membership calendar for further details. The management reserves the right to adjust off-peak times and will provide updates on the website and at the park.
- Free Birthday Entry for the Birthday Child: Members are entitled to one free entry for their child on their birthday. This benefit is valid on the child’s actual birth date or one chosen date within the week of their birthday. Proof of the child’s date of birth may be required (e.g., a birth certificate or other valid identification).
- Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Membership benefits apply only to the named members on the account and cannot be transferred.
- Membership cards or digital proof of membership must be presented at the time of entry or purchase to claim benefits.
- Discounts and benefits are applicable only during off-peak times as defined by the Web Adventure Park.
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
- Free birthday entry for the birthday child does not include additional guests or party packages. Standard admission fees apply to accompanying visitors.
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Off-Peak Memberships are sold on a fixed 12-month basis and cannot be cancelled by the member within the first 12 months from the date of purchase. By purchasing the membership, you acknowledge and agree that the full membership term is binding and non-cancellable.

- The Web Adventure Park reserves the right to revoke membership without refund in cases of breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of membership benefits.
- Statutory Cooling-Off Period: Under UK law, you may have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase if no part of the membership benefits have been used. However, by choosing to access any membership benefit (such as visiting the park or claiming a discount) within this 14-day period, you expressly agree to waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- The Web Adventure Park reserves the right to revoke membership without a refund if terms and conditions are violated.
- The Web Adventure Park reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated via the park’s official website.
