Questions and Answers about our £1 school offer
| How much do we pay the Web | We charge you £1 per ticket per adult or child who want to come to the event. |
| How much can we charge our families? | You can charge whatever you like, you must take payment from your families and sell tickets, the Web will not get involved with this process. |
| How many tickets can we sell? | We allocate up to 200 tickets - any more entries will be charged at the regular price by the Web and retained as 100% of our income, and must be booked as regular tickets. The minimum number is 50, all adults and children require a ticket. |
| Can they bring siblings? | It is up to you who you allocate the tickets to. We ask that you ensure that whoever you invite brings a ticket with them, which you need to number so that they cannot be photocopied and used by others. |
| What happens if they forget tickets? | No ticket, no free entry unfortunately - anyone coming without a ticket will have to pay the normal entry price |
| Do you provide tickets? | Yes, we can email a ticket sheet for you to print and allocate numbers on to sell to your families. |
| Payment? | We will invoice you the number of tickets you sell, £1 per ticket for any adults or children attending. We will need to know numbers five days in advance to rota in team members for the event. We expect that the invoice will be paid prior to the event once tickets are sold. |
| When can we come? | You need to book a date with the park on a Monday to Wednesday off peak, entry from 3.00pm - 6.30pm. We only allow one school per evening and we ask that once booked, you do not change the date. |
| Any things we need to know? |
We do not allow picnics in the park, and would appreciate letting parents know that we will be serving food for them to order. We ask that parents are responsible for their children at all times and a recommended ratio of one adult to a maximum of four children. We stop taking food orders at 6.00pm. Rides will not be available, and we ask that if children go out to play that adults go with them. |
| Refunds | We do not issue refunds, if you choose to give the money back to parents, we will still invoice the £1 ticket. |
| Do you want us to do anything in return? | Please can you help by taking some of our leaflets to pop into school bags, we are a small family business and would really help us by any promotion you are happy to do for us. |
| Will it be exclusive? | No, we are still open for any customers wishing to come to play |
| Important points | Children must be supervised at all times, please ensure that no children go outside unsupervised, we have hazards outside. |
