Where should I go when I arrive for my party?

Your party host will greet you at Reception and take you to your party table when you arrive. The adults use this area as a base while the party is in full swing. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start time.

What is the role of my Party Host?

Your party host is the key point of contact for the party. The Party Host will greet the guests on arrival, serve the party food in the party room and interact with the children to make sure they have a fantastic time.

The Party Host will provide a good level of service to both party parents and children. The Party Host’s primary focus will be the children.

Do Adults pay for Admission and can they come in without children?

Adults enter for free when accompanying a party guest. One adult per paying party child. Any additional adults or non party children must be paid for.

Party invites will be supplied free of charge. They can be downloaded and printed with your booking or collected from reception.

Why do you not allow helium party balloons?

Unfortunately due to a number of incidents with balloons being lost in the roofing we no longer allow helium balloons. Any balloons brought in will be kept safe by your party host until your party ends and then will be returned to you.

What is the duration of each party?

Each party we offer lasts for 2 hours. Will include 90 minutes of play/activity and 30 minutes in your assigned party room for food, cake and the birthday song.

Can I come in 30 minutes before my party to decorate the area?

Unfortunately no, our party areas are in constant use throughout the day and have a very limited turnaround time. However, do speak to your party host on the day as it is sometimes possible to enter the room just before the food is served to put up any decorations you may have. Also the Party host will be able to assist you with this.
